Who is responsible

Impact Advisory (Choc Partners), 128 rue La Boétie, 75008 Paris, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Contact: welcome@helmpe.com.

What we collect and why

This site sets no trackers. If you write to us — by email or through the Contact page form — we hold your message and your details (name, email address, phone if provided) for as long as it takes to reply and to carry on the conversation you started. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated.

If you vote on the Roadmap page, we hold your email address for the sole purpose of guaranteeing one vote per person and per use case. If you tick the box provided, we also use it to notify you — once — when the feature ships. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time at the address below.

  • No cookies: this site sets none, advertising or otherwise.
  • No analytics or third-party tracking.
  • No newsletter sign-up and no automated prospecting — the Roadmap “tell me” box triggers a single notification, never a mailing list.
  • No sale of your data; no sharing beyond the technical processors described below.
  • Purely functional local storage (chosen theme, votes already cast) stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

Technical logs and processors

As with any website, viewing these pages routes your IP address and connection data through our host, Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which processes them to secure and deliver the service. That transfer is covered: Cloudflare is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use these logs to identify you.

If you write to us, your message passes through our email provider, acting as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. Requests sent through the Contact page form are notified to us by our email delivery provider, Resend, Inc. (United States), also acting as a processor; that transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Roadmap votes and Contact page requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the European Union (Western Europe), operated by Cloudflare, Inc. under the conditions described above.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained for up to three years from our last contact, then deleted.

For Roadmap votes, the email address is deleted at the latest two years after the vote, or as soon as the feature ships; only aggregated counts are kept beyond that.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to welcome@helmpe.com. You may also set directives on what happens to your data after your death (article 85 of the French Data Protection Act), and lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (www.cnil.fr).
