You're early. Licence is −50%.

The Helm is in private beta: the first funds join at Founding Partner pricing. One licence per firm, unlimited seats — quoted on your scope, never per seat.

A quote in three lines.

Every quote is built from the same three lines — you know exactly what you pay, and why.

What shapes the price

Portfolio sizeIT requirements · SSORights & governance

No off-the-shelf grid — we look at three things, and you leave the first conversation with an honest order of magnitude.

In every licence

  • Unlimited seats
  • Interfaces with your stack — hosted on your infrastructure or in the EU, SSO, AI tools (MCP)
  • Product updates and direct support
  • Export & reversibility, any time
01

Setup — year oneone-off

Scoping the reportings you already produce, adapting the views to how you steer, plugging in SSO. Quoted separately, paid once.

02

Annual licencerecurring

The platform for the whole firm — unlimited seats, hosting, product updates, direct support. The only recurring cost.

03

Specific developmentsoptional

Bespoke views or connections to your systems, scoped case by case — only if and when you want them.

The real cost of the status quo.

01

Timeseveral FTEs/yr

Deal team, operating team, fund services: at reporting rhythm, several FTEs a year in total — at loaded salary, plus carried.

02

Trusthours, every quarter

Endless debates over the right number, and hours reconciling Excels instead of deciding.

03

Opportunityhundreds of k€ in equity value

Decisions that could have been better — taken earlier, better arbitrated.

Counted deliberately low. And none of that time is spent creating alpha for the fund.

The Beta offer is a deal.

A handful of funds join before everyone else, with a direct line to the team that builds. The product shapes itself around their practice — your views, your formats, the way you steer — and the licence is half price for it.

What you get

  • A direct line to the team that builds — no tier-one support
  • Your requests at the top of the roadmap, shipped in weeks
  • Early access to everything that ships — AI agents included

Your role as a Founding Partner

  • One working session per quarter: you say what's missing, we build it
  • Your use cases become features — the tool ends up steering the way you do
  • A citable reference, once you're ready — never before

Founding Partner pricing rewards the first funds — it doesn't replace the price.

Questions about the price?

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the quote depends on your scope — portfolio size, IT requirements, governance. We would rather give you an honest estimate in the first conversation than publish a grid that fits nobody. You leave the first call with an order of magnitude, without commitment.

Do you charge per seat?

No — never. A steering platform only works if the whole team looks at the same truth; charging per login would tax exactly that. The licence covers the firm, seats unlimited.

What happens when the beta ends?

Your Founding Partner licence graduates to list price, on a date and terms written into the contract from day one. Nothing moves without your signature.

How long does setup take?

Weeks, not quarters. Setup means scoping the reportings you already produce, adapting the views, and plugging in SSO if you require it — the platform starts from what already exists.

Do we need to connect our systems?

No. The Helm starts from the reportings you already produce — Excel included. SSO and connections to your systems are scoped separately, if and when you want them.

Are you ready for DORA?

Yes. The Helm is an ICT third-party provider under DORA (EU Regulation 2022/2554), which has applied to authorised AIFMs since January 2025. We come prepared: the information for your register of ICT providers (art. 28), the expected contractual provisions (art. 30), and a documented exit strategy — export and reversibility included. Your fund-services team has nothing to invent.

Who owns the data?

You do. The Helm is a French platform: your data sits under European law, hosted where you decide — on your infrastructure or on our EU hosting — with export available at any time: your data leaves with you.

Your estimate on the first call.

Thirty minutes: your scope, your questions, an honest order of magnitude. If it's not for you, you'll know just as fast.
